I think the hard part is figuring out where the customer is "hanging out" on the web to market to them. Aside from the obvious (Facebook), finding the right places is tough with limited budgets. You cant be everywhere, all the time. And with re-marketing and other somewhat cutting edge tools, its even more difficult to compete for attention in our customers eyes.
